Britney Spears says she doesn't know if she's going to have a boy or a girl, but she thinks it's a boy.

She told Elle magazine that she wants a cesarean section because she doesn't want to go through pain. She said her mother told her giving birth was "the most excruciating thing she's ever gone through in her life."

She said she always knew she'd have a child, but there are times when she's a little scared. She's hoping it will be good for her, though.

Spears said she used to be an introvert. This from a woman who once pranced around half-naked with a snake around her neck and later kissed Madonna in front of millions of TV viewers.

Spears said that she's come out of her shell since marrying Kevin Federline and getting pregnant. She said marriage and motherhood will help her "not be influenced so much" by what other people think.
