Seems that Jennifer Lopez wasn’t ready for her close-up.

The diva threw a hissy-fit when she saw how a behind-the-scenes documentary about her new album made her look like, well, a diva, according to an upcoming issue of Radar magazine.

Sony Music hired filmmaker D.A. Pennebaker — who did the critically acclaimed Bob Dylan documentary “Don’t Look Back” — to shoot something about the making of Lopez’s album “Rebirth,” but a source told the mag that Lopez didn’t like the way the film made her look.

“Sony was thrilled with the finished product. So too were J. Lo’s managers, who felt it captured the Jennifer they knew so well,” according to Radar. Lopez, however, was not happy. “She was ‘stunned’ by her depiction, complaining angrily about the sound of her voice and about scenes showing her abusing his employees.”

The documentary reportedly was scrapped, and the gentler material from Pennebaker’s shoots was combined with older footage. Pennebaker confirmed that he filmed Lopez, but declined to comment further and Lopez didn’t return The Scoop’s requests for comment.

Tom Cruise has a high-profile supporter in his much-questioned romance with Katie Holmes: Donald Trump.

Ever since the Top Gun’s spokeswoman confirmed that he was courting the Dawson’s Creek star, skeptics have greeted the news with guffaws that it’s a publicity stunt.

Now, Donald Trump — no stranger to public romances or publicity — has come out in defense of Cruise.

“The fact is, I know Tom Cruise. He’s a really nice guy and I’m telling you he likes Katie Holmes and he likes a lot of other women,” Trump opined. “Tom is 42 and Katie is 26. Well, that’s a fairly big difference but a guy named Donald Trump has seen a lot of bigger differences than that. And personally, I don’t think the age difference matters that much if both parties know what they’re doing. But as far as Tom goes, I believe him. Go to it, Tom.”

Paula Abdul’s buddies are claiming that failed “Idol” contestant Corey Clark tried to blackmail the reality show judge before he turned kiss-and-tell on her, according to In Touch magazine. Clark denies the story.  . . . Macaulay Culkin testified that there was never any hanky panky between him and Michael Jackson, but a source tells The Scoop that the King of Pop used to refer dreamily to Culkin’s “strawberry, bee-stung lips.”
