In the span of a month, two girls have been kidnapped and brutally murdered by registered sex offenders in Florida. There are over 500,000 registed sex offenders in the U.S. But over 100,000 roam free all over America, with police unaware of their whereabouts. In California alone, over 30,000 are missing.
