LOS ANGELES - “CSI: Miami” star David Caruso and his wife are splitting after eight years of marriage.

Margaret Caruso filed for divorce from Caruso, 49, citing irreconcilable differences, according to a petition filed Feb. 2 in Superior Court. The couple, who married May 4, 1996, have no children.
