LOS ANGELES - “CSI: Miami” star David Caruso and his wife are splitting after eight years of marriage.
Margaret Caruso filed for divorce from Caruso, 49, citing irreconcilable differences, according to a petition filed Feb. 2 in Superior Court. The couple, who married May 4, 1996, have no children.
Caruso, who came to public attention on “NYPD Blue” and now plays police Lt. Horatio Caine on CBS’ “CSI: Miami,” has a daughter from a previous marriage to actress Rachel Ticotin.
His screen credits include “Proof of Life.”
