CHINO, Calif. - Roswell residents are once again being confronted with a mysterious object from the sky.
This time it’s Roswell Avenue in Chino, Calif., and not Roswell, N.M., which is associated with the legend of space aliens landing there.
It began Tuesday night when an unidentified object fell from the sky, hit the ground and sparked a fire that destroyed a shed.
One concerned citizen reported seeing a plane crash, although further investigation couldn’t confirm it.
Fire Captain Kim Johnson says there may be a simple explanation for what started the shed fire, but adds, “Who knows?”
