The slot machine where Guadalupe Lopez hit the jackpot has become a hot destination for gamblers. J. Lo’s mom won $2.4 million playing a Wheel of Fortune one dollar machine at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, and the well-publicized win has made throngs of would-be millionaires hoping for a little of that Lopez luck.

“It’s the hottest slot in the casino,” one source tells the Scoop. “There was a line of people waiting to play it.”

“We have 21 of those Wheel of Fortune machines, and customers have been asking about where is the game she won on,” Borgata spokesman Michael Facenda told the Scoop. “They all want to play the one she won on.”

Amazon.com might want to review its policy of allowing people to post book reviews anonymously or under pseudonyms.

Some readers who seem to have a bit of an agenda have been posting rather colorful reviews of “Sisters” — a 1981 steamy book with lesbian undertones by Lynne Cheney, the wife of Vice President Dick Cheney. One review is signed “Mary Cheney” — the openly gay daughter of the VP. “Being ruggedly masculine myself, I was touched to see that my mother does in fact understand the latent burning desires in every woman to discard the politically correctness of phallic worship and enjoy the tenderness that only another woman can offer,” reads the review. “Makes every woman want to come out of the closet and shout! 4 stars!!”

Madonna

What does Madonna think of Kabbalah, now that the respected London Times has run a stunning exposé of the group? The article gave examples of how the Kabbalah Centre gets money from its followers, for example, telling one follower she had to fork over more than $100,000 to cleanse her parents’ souls. “Madonna doesn’t read newspapers,” says her spokeswoman. . . . David Carradine describes himself as “a militant anti-anti-smoker.” The star of “Kill Bill: Vol. 2” tells the Toronto Star: “If you don’t smoke, you’re not alive.” . . .  What does Matthew Perry think about the prospect of “Friends: The Movie”? Playboy magazine asked the man who played Chandler for a decade how he would re-cast the sitcom for the silver screen. “I think the idea of recasting ‘Friends’ is absolutely insane,” Perry responded in an issue that hits stands tomorrow. “That said, I think Matthew Broderick would be fine as Chandler.”
