BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Kind of hope they were dreaming of a white Halloween in Denver . A foot of snow on the ground in some spots in Colorado . Overnight low in some places is going down to 15. The snow is so heavy, so wet, it brought down power lines. Hundred thousand people in the cold without power tonight. By the way, two days ago Denver set a record high for the day, 80 degrees.
