Whitehall marina owners: Next year uncertain
WHITEHALL - In the Village of Whitehall, Hurricane Irene may have delivered a double knock-out blow this week to a pair of marinas which were already staggering from six weeks of springtime flooding. As if a struggling economy and high gas prices were enough, when you add two major disaster in one year, that makes it perhaps beyond challenging for marina businesses to stay afloat.
