BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: New guidelines tonight from the nation's ob-gyns say it's OK to drink moderate amounts of caffeine while pregnant. It won't raise the risk of a miscarriage, they say. And by moderate, doctors mean, in most cases, about one cup of coffee a day.
