    BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Rare public appearance tonight. This is Cuban TV , and that's Fidel Castro on the right. He's not seen very often. He's 83 years old these days. He would -- got terribly ill four years ago, handed over power to his brother Raul . He agreed to appear on this broadcast to talk about, among other things, the Middle East and North Korea .
