Lexington Police Investigating Attempted Robbery

Lexington Police are investigating an early morning attempted robbery.

It happened in the parking lot of the Speedway gas station on Southland Drive, just off Nicholasville Road, Monday. Lexington Police say a man dressed in all black, walked up to a truck driver, flashed a gun and demanded cash. The truck driver ran down the street.

No money was taken and the truck driver wasn't hurt. So far, no arrests.
