COQUILLE, Ore. (AP) — The Coos County district attorney says autopsy results show that a 31-year-old woman found in a shallow grave last week had been strangled by a pair of hands. Jayme Austin's body was discovered Thursday night in a mountainous area 17 miles from her home. Her brother-in-law, Patrick Horath, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on murder charges. Horath, 45, had helped with search efforts after Austin was reported missing last week. Within hours of his arrest, authorities found the shallow grave. ©2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
