Woman Dies After KC Shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - KMBC.com

Police said a woman who was shot in Kansas City on Saturday night has died of her injuries.

Officers said they found Amber Khan, 27, with a gunshot wound near the intersection of 11th Street and Van Brunt Boulevard at about 8 p.m.

She was taken to a hospital and died several hours later.

Police asked anyone with information about the case to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
