Burglary suspect arrested in Grover Beach

A Fresno man is behind bars after police say he burglarized a home on the Central Coast.

Police say the burglary happened Thursday afternoon on the 500 block of North 11th Street in Grover Beach.

Police arrested 47-year-old Daniel Looper, of Fresno, Saturday afternoon in Grover Beach.

On Thursday, the home owner reported that someone had broken into the residence and had stolen several items. Those items included: construction tools, stereo equipment and a television.

Those items were recovered, and Looper was booked into jail.
