Well-known
weatherman Woodie Assaf died Friday at 92, the television station reported.
When WLBT went on the air in 1953, Assaf began doing the weather and sports for WLBT, the television station reported. Assaf retired from WLBT in 2001.
Funeral arrangements were incomplete Friday evening.
