FPD warns of high-risk sex offenders

Fargo Police are issuing a warning to the public about two high-risk sex offenders living in Fargo. Fifty-four-year-old James William Thompson, Jr. is residing at 102 South 14 Street, #1.

Thompson was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in Clay County in 2000. His victim was a female acquaintance under age 15. Thompson is a lifetime registrant. He's currently under the supervision of the North Dakota Corrections Department.

The other is 43-year-old Kevin James Fredrickson, who lives at 528 North 27 Street in Fargo. He was convicted of corruption of a minor in 1990 -- his victim was a girl under age 15. He was also convicted in 2001 of rape and corruption of a minor were the victim was again a female under age 15. Fredrickson is a lifetime registrant and is under the supervision of the North Dakota Corrections Department.
