PULLMAN, Wash.- On Thursday morning, the woman found unconscious on a rural Pullman roadway was still in critical condition at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Kristen Grindley was found unconscious, in a pool of blood, in the roadway at 1:30 Wednesday morning. Whitman County Sheriff's’ deputies say it appears she either fell from a moving vehicle or was struck by one.
By Wednesday afternoon, and into Thursday morning, Kristen’s Facebook page was covered with well wishes. Not only that, her sister started a new Facebook page, called “Rally for Kristen Grindley”. On the info page of the website it says, “we are starting this for Kristen, a loved daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and friend, who was found on the side of the road badly injured. Please feel free to leave your thoughts and prayers to help Kristen get through this difficult time.”
