WAIKIKI, Hawaii - KITV.com
A familiar sight in the sky in Waikiki will not be seen this week and most of December.
Every Friday the Hilton Hawaiian Village normally hosts a fireworks display, but the show will not be held this coming Friday and the first three weeks in December, according to the hotel's managing director.
The hotel said that's due to temporary operational changes and it plans to resume its normal fireworks schedule on Christmas Day.
