SWAT Team End 7 Hour Standoff In Blasdell

A SWAT team was called to Lake Avenue and Salisbury in Blasdell Wednesday night, where a domestic dispute turned into a dramatic hostage situation Dale Kluczynski held police at bay for seven hours Wednesday night after a domestic dispute with his wife. It all started just after five o'clock when Kluczynski, armed with a gun, threatened his wife. The woman escaped, and called police. Just after 12:30am Thursday morning, Kluczynski gave up peacefully. Kluczynski's wife spoke off camera to reporter John Borsa, telling Eyewitness News that her husband lost his job earlier this year. There is no word yet on what charges Kluczynski might be facing. Eyewitness News will continue to follow this story and have the latest on Channel 7 and wkbw.com
