YAKIMA--KNDO'S Coats for kids drive is in full swing, and we still need lots of help.
So far the Salvation Army's handed out about 100 coats, but there's still a big need.
Usually people pick up the jackets the same day they're donated, and with much colder weather on the horizon, chip in and get those coats donated!
"We could always use more," Lisa Sergeant, Salvation Army, said. "So many kids in our communities just don't have coats."
You can donate new or gently used jackets to the KNDO Coats for Kids program at Central Valley Bank, St. Paul's Cathedral School, Selah Cleaners, Sunnyside Schools and of course the KNDO studios on 24th Avenue.
