Update: Man stuck in tree

OKLAHOMA CITY -- After being stuck in a tree for nearly an hour a metro man is getting a much needed gift. Earlier this month, Gabino Rodriguez was trimming a large Elm tree in his backyard when a limb fell on his leg. Despite the size of the branch, Rodriguez didn't suffer any broken bones when firefighters brought him down.
