Family believes soldier was murdered

COLONIE - The family of a Colonie solider killed in Iraq says the Army is calling her death "suspicious."Mary Murphy, the mother of Sgt. Amy Seyboth-Tirador, believes her daughter was murdered. She says she was shot in the back of the head.The Army is still calling it a "non-combat-related" death, but they're not providing any more details.Seyboth-Tirador's father says the Army is still investigating.
