Many Local Restaurants Serving Free Food For Vets

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Several restaurants will offer free meals to members of the military Wednesday.

Applebee's will give veterans and active duty personnel a free entree and side dish, while Outback Steakhouse will have free Bloomin' Onions for vets.

Other restaurants will offer similar promotions to thank current military members and veterans for their service this holiday.

And all Mike's Car Washes are offering free services to veterans and military members.

To claim the deals, you must show proof of your military service.
