Update: Grease Fire Cause of Blaze at LR Catering Business

A Little Rock catering business has been heavily damaged in a morning fire.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 2223 South Cedar around eight o'clock.

Fire officials say the kitchen area of Wayne's Catering suffered a lot of smoke and water damage.

This afternoon, the fire marshal revealed that the cause was ruled accidental and the result of a grease fire.

Damage is estimated at $8,000. No one was hurt.
