Boil Water Advisory For Some Customers In Beattyville

A boil water advisory is in effect for some customers in Lee County.

We're told Beattyville Waterworks customers from 349 McGuire Avenue through Depot Hill and downtown to the underpass are affected. The Shell Mart, September Place and nursing home are included in the advisory.

The boil water advisory is being blamed on a low water reservoir.
