BILLINGS - A Hardin man who's already plead not guilty to robbing two Billings convenience stores enters his plea to a third robbery charge. Jerry Covington entered another not guilty plea for the September 8, 2009 robbery of the J&M in the Billings Heights. Prosecutors added the third felony robbery count Tuesday morning in District Court. Authorities say Covington went on the run after the robberies before he was arrested in Springfield, Illinois. Investigators say he admitted to at least one of the crimes during questioning more than a month ago. Bail remains at $100,000 dollars.
