Outlook man arrested in Richland; suspected of vehicle theft

RICHLAND, Wash. -- A man is arrested for suspected car theft and drug possession. It happened Monday, November 9th in Richland.
Richland police say they received a call about a car prowl in progress on the 300 block of Gage Blvd at 7:45pm. The witness said a man was sitting in his neighbor's car with another person standing outside. The caller said just one person left in a blue Honda.
A Kennewick officer stopped the suspect car on Gage Blvd. The driver was identified as 21-year-old David Guillen of Outlook. When Richland officers arrived, they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a pile of tools and a pair of black drugs inside the car.
The witness came to the scene and identified Guillen as the suspect who was in his neighbor's car. Guillen was arrested and booked in the Benton County jail on charges of 1st degree theft, possession of burglary tools, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police are still trying to find the other suspect that the witness saw at the scene of the car prowl.
