School principals in Putnam County won't be taking it easy on girls who are paddled.
The school board has changed its policy on paddling. From now on, principals can't make any distinction between girls and boys.
They also can't let a student's age, size or physical and emotional condition factor into the situation.
The school district's guidelines state corporal punishment is a last resort for disciplinary action.
