Suspected serial robber arrested

A suspected serial robber is behind bars.

Police arrested Garrad Rydell Monday night shortly after he allegedly robbed a Quiznos in North Las Vegas.

Officers say Rydell went into the restaurant, held the cashier at gunpoint, and stole money from the register.

Police caught him as he was leaving the restaurant.

Investigators believe Rydell has been robbing up to two businesses per week since mid-July.
