Police look for details in robbery investigation

Police are looked for the violent crooks who robbed and shot a man in his car Monday night just before 9 pm on Rainbow near Cheyenne.

Police say the suspects took off with the man’s cell phone then opened fire and hit him in the leg.

He crashed into a palm tree; a Good Samaritan stopped to help and brought the victim to a nearby hospital.

The victim is expected to be okay.
