Prescribed burn scheduled for Tuesday morning

The Santa Barbara County Fire Department has issued a permit for a prescribed burn on the Bar-M Ranch property. The burn will cover about 400 acres of land about two miles south of Los Alamos. It is scheduled to start at about Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. and is expected to be extinguished by 6:00 p.m.
