CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- The same woman whose 2-year-old was found wandering in the middle of Johnston Road back in June...had the same thing happen again.

"Reporter: My name is glenn counts
Camargo: Can you put that away please
Reporter: No he will not".
For the 2nd time in 4 months Camargo's two-year-old daughter was found walking unescourted along Johnston Road.
This time the todler was with a 2 year old friend.
"They were crossing from one corner to another and not paying attention to any cars that might be turning into the parking lot", said Jennifer Soffley who stopped to help.
She grabbed the children before they got hurt.
Pineville police searched for the mother.
They found her about 10 minutes after they started looking for her, when they ran into a woman who was frantically searching for her daughter.
Corporal Nick French is with the Pineville Police.
"They told us they were folding laundry and the children were playing right around the corner inside the house," says French. Police estimated that the kids were gone about 30 minutes.
Reporter: "Can we ask you why your kids keep getting out can we ask you why your kids keep getting out in the road".
Camargo did not talk to us on camera but her attorney joined us later.
He talked about this instance and the first episode in June when the two-year-old was found in the middle of Johnston Road at 4:30 in the morning.
Donald Brown, Camargo’s attorney says, "no parent can watch a child 24 hours per day. You take reasonable precautions to make sure doors are locked. She's been cooperative with everything DSS has asked her to do, the courts has asked her to do".
The first time this happened DSS Did not take the daughter.
Brown is confident that this time the agency will look at this situation and make the same decision to keep the family together.
