Big Island police are looking for the thieves who stole four laptop computers from Kau High School over the weekend.
The theft happened between Thursday evening and Monday morning. The school was closed for furloughs on Friday.
The thieves stole four white Apple MacBook laptop computers, police said. The computers are valued at $3,600, police said.
Police ask that anyone with information about the theft to call Officer Terence Ignacio at 939-2520, or the Hawaii County Police Department's non-emergency line at 935-3311. If you want to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
