Mullinville man charged in wife's murder

KIOWA COUNTY, Kansas - A Mullinville man has been charged with murdering his wife over the weekend.

Mark Ralstin, 38, was charged with first-degree murder Monday in the death of his 35-year-old wife Bobbie Jo.

Authorities say Ralstin shot and killed his wife Friday night at their Mullinville home. Police arrested him while he was allegedly trying to enter his sister's home in Hutchinson.

Ralstin's next court appearance is scheduled for November 19th at 2 p.m.
