Zoo Offers Free Admision For Veterans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Zoo is offering free admission Veterans Day for active military personnel, military veterans and their families.

"We all have a deep appreciation for the commitment, bravery and sacrifices willingly offered by the military and their families," said Zoo President Rick Schwartz.

Military personnel can get in free during the zoo's normal hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

Visitors must have proof they are military.
