Accident Backs Up Traffic in Downtown Hagerstown

HAGERSTOWN, MD - Drivers in Downtown Hagerstown may have experienced some delays Monday morning.

A portion of East Washington Street and Locust Street were briefly closed after a two-car accident.

The roads re-opened just after 11:00.
