A elderly Nelson County man charged with robbing a bank in March has entered a guilty plea to those charges.
William C. Rucker, 78, also pleaded guilty to separate charges involving the theft of $10,000 from a bank account held by his wife and son.
Police say the Rucker went through the drive-thru of the Town and Country Bank in Bardstown in a car he was test driving from a dealership and threatened to blow up the bank and demanded money.
Rucker was later arrested at his home. He will be sentenced on December 3.
