Firefighter Injured In 2-Alarm Business Fire

A firefighter is recovering after being injured while fighting a business fire in Lockland.
The fire started at J.R. Trucking on Columbia Avenue around 2:45 a.m.
It took several units over an hour to bring the fire under control. A second alarm was called, bringing units from Forest Park, Reading, Sycamore Township and Woodlawn.
The firefighter was not badly hurt. Authorities did not say how he was injured, but he was walking around.
A fire captain said the fire, which caused about $75,000 in damage, is considered suspicious
