Birmingham defense attorney to announce bid for Birmingham Mayor

Birmingham, Ala.- Another candidate has announce a bid for Birmingham Mayor.
Defense attorney Emory Anthony confirmed with NBC 13 HD NEWS that he will run for Mayor of Birmingham. This will be Anthony’s third time running for Birmingham Mayor. On Sunday, Anthony told NBC 13 HD news that his top priorities regarding city affairs are improving the city’s education system, attracting and retaining jobs as well as improving transportation.
A public announcement is scheduled for Noon on Monday, November 8, 2009 at 2015 1st Avenue.
