SANTA BARBARA – Authorities arrested a 20-year-old Tustin man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol Sunday, after a two-car collision on a Highway 101 left two people dead Sunday morning.
Richard L. Rodriguez was driving a silver Mitsubishi Montero that struck a red Honda Accord carrying four occupants from the Santa Barbara area, the California Highway Patrol said.
