House Passes Healthcare Reform Bill

The U.S. House has passed a healthcare reform bill. The vote of 220-215 followed several hours of debate in a rare Saturday session. President Obama visted Capitol Hill Saturday afternoon to help urge Democrats who were on the fence to support the measure. One Republican voted for the bill. For the Democrats, 219 voted in favor, while 39 voted against the bill.
