St. Augustine Woman Hit By Car Dies

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. - Florida Highway Patrol investigators said a pedestrian was killed Friday evening after being hit by several cars along a St. Johns County roadway.

Authorities said 42-year-old Glenadine Harding was attempting to cross state Road 207 and did not see a car approaching. That car ended up hitting Harding, who was subsequently hit by several other vehicles.

Harding died at the scene. No drivers were injured.

FHP troopers said Harding's death was alchohol-related, but no drivers were under the influence of alcohol.
