(PENSACOLA, Fla.) Nov. 6 -- An accident that killed a local teenager has an activist group calling for a ban on tasers. Last month, Victor Steen, 17, was killed when Pensacola Police Officer Jerald Ard ran over him with his cruiser. Investigators say the officer tried to tase the teen before he fell off his bike and into the path of the officer. An investigation is underway and now the Southern Christian Leadership Conference wants to ban tasers in Florida. The group has started a petition on it's Web site.
