Deputies: Man Cuts Girlfriend's Neck, Runs Off

WELLFORD, S.C. - WYFF 4.com

Deputies with the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office are searching for a man they said cut his girlfriend in the neck, slashed her tires and ran off.

They're looking for Michael Keith Williams.

Deputies said the incident happened Thursday night around 11:45 on John Dodd Road in Wellford.

A judge issued arrest warrants for Williams on charges of assault and battery high and aggravated nature and malicious damage to property.

The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
