DES MOINES, Iowa - THEIOWACHANNEL.com
Searchers headed out early Friday to search for a West Des Moines man reported missing six days ago.
Bradley Paullin disappeared last Saturday. He was last seen walking into the woods following an argument at a Des Moines home in the 2600 block of Shawnee.
Volunteers widening their search area on Friday. They focused on the woods and recreation trails along the Des Moines River near Euclid Avenue and south to Birdland Park.
Thursday, two teams of police officers with search dogs checked several square miles of the area where Paullin was last seen. They found no trace of Paullin.
Brad's cousin Heidi Scoles said they're hoping to find people with boats who know the Des Moines River well to help continue the search.
Brad's family and friends have launched a
site to update volunteers. It's called "Help Find And Bring Brad Paullin Home Safe." More than 730 people had joined the group as of Friday afternoon.
"We just want to bring him home to his parents," Scoles said.
