Construction Worker Killed in Buckeystown

BUCKEYSTOWN, MD -Maryland State Police saya road construction worker is dead after a co-worker backed over him with a bucket truck.

It happened just before 3 pm Friday afternoon.

Police say the victim was working as a flagman directing traffic on Route 85 nearKeller Lime Plant Road.

Hewas pronounced dead on the scene.
