Oregon man faces 15 child porn charges

ASHLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Central Point man is facing 15 child pornography charges as part of an investigation into the online exchange of videos and images depicting the rape and sexual abuse of children. Police said that 21-year-old Christopher Keith Eells was arrested Tuesday. Eells was released from the Jackson County Jail on Wednesday after posting bail that had been set at $750,000. Central Point police Sgt.
