PASCO, Wash. -- The Franklin County Sheriff's office says a longtime community member has died in a farm accident.
They say 65 year old Mike Ross was farming in a field northwest of Glade Road and Dogwood Road in Pasco on Wednesday. Ross's wife went to check on him around 5:50 pm, and found him pinned under the tractor that had over turned.
Medics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene. Ross was a longtime member of the community and was a Benton Franklin Fair board member for the past 15-20 years.
