Two former UK basketball players have been indicted in more counties in ticket-selling scams both are accused of running.

A grand jury in Floyd County has charged Derrick Miller for allegedly selling tickets he didn't have. The indictment alleges Miller took $1,800 from a Floyd County woman in exchanged for promised tickets to the 2009-2010 season.

Miller faces charges in at least five other Kentucky counties. Clark County investigators have offered Miller a plea deal that requires him to pay back all the money owed.

Meanwhile, another former player charged with selling UK tickets he never delivered, Ed Davender, has been indicted in Harrison County. Davender faces similar charges in both Fayette and Fleming counties as well.

Police say do not believe that the two former players were working together on the ticket-selling schemes.
