A judge has ruled that statements allegedly made by a Boyle County doctor charged with killing his wife can be allowed as evidence at trial.
Police say Steven Hall confessed to intentionally running over his wife Isabel with their pontoon boat after they had an argument in May while celebrating their anniversary on Lake Herrington.
The judge ruled against Hall''s attorney, who asked the statement be suppressed because it wasn't voluntary.
